Ovarian Cancer
A cancer that begins in the female organs that produce eggs (ovaries). Ovarian cancer often goes undetected until it has spread within the pelvis and stomach. At this late stage, ovarian cancer is more difficult to treat and can be fatal.

- Be physically active and exercise regularly.

- Routine Physical Examination.
- Do not smoke and avoid drinking.
- Do not be exposed to intense sunlight.
- Avoid second hand smoke exposure.
- Avoid spicy, fried, preserved, processed and junk food and hot beverages.
- Get at-least 7-8 hours of sleep.
