    I am a first year student and I used to up down daily....so how should I manage my time for studies because I start at morning 8'o clock and reach back home at 6:30 and I get tired alot.

    Start living in a pg or hostel which would be near ur college so that u get time and extra up downs should be reduced.

    There are a no. of reasons for headaches. It may be due to excessive pressure on ur eyes or due to stress that is the cause of almost every problem in the body. Also u can have miagrain problem. U need to consult a doctor for detailed description.

    sir my height is less then how to increase hight...my age is 20 and my height is 5'2..how to increase my hight in 6 months....what type of medicine I should I use... please suggest me sum good optins to increase it...what type of precautions I have to use..is it mendatory to dieting..

    After certain age, increasing height within 6 months become little difficult. Still you can try.Eat calcium rich food milk,eggs,nachni,banana,all milk products like paneer, cheese, yogurt, butter milk, butter,ghee. Exercise regularly,streches or Surya namaskar,pull ups, cycling will help.Panchkarma kshir basti will help.

    Who high blood pressure is controlled. What are the precautions that to be taken by the person who has recently got to know that he has high blood pressure.And what kind food he should takein so that high blood pressure can be controlled.

    Use oil mixed with camphor in it.It is a good solution for h airfare.

    Eat ambla for better hair growth as well as girth of hairs. Do not use colour dyes for making it shiny and attractive these all increase the hairfall. Use oil which sutes you and do not change oil and shampoo ocassionaly
